Mr. Tucker has over 50 years of experience as a landscape architect. He has assisted private developers, municipalities, state governments, and all branches of the U.S. military concerning recreational facilities, leisure, housing and golf course development, including the course, the clubhouse, the pro shop, and maintenance facility from inception to completion. He has experience in site selection and analysis, preliminary routing studies, cost analysis, zoning, master planning, market analysis and feasibility study, w /pro forma, public input and information meetings, project validation assessment, comprehensive design, construction supervision, operations organization, marketing strategy and positioning.
