Jeffrey A. Sikes, CPESC is a founding partner, shareholder, Vice-President and Senior Project Manager of Asa. Jeff has more than 27 years’ of progressive experience in the industry; 15 of which were spent managing construction operations, developing local and regional sales, and providing oversight for three (3) branch offices for a mid-sized regional multi-disciplined consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Sikes served as CEI Construction Manager and Construction Inspector on numerous state transportation construction projects in Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and is a certified stormwater inspector in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Jeff serves on numerous regional non-profit and industry related committees and boards.
