As one of the founding owners of Asa, Jeff Sikes has more than 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and geo-environmental industry. As senior vice president, his primary role is the operational management of multi-disciplined professional services, including principal project management of public and private sector planning, design, and construction projects. Beginning his career in 1987, Jeff was a laboratory and field construction materials technician (CMT) for a geo-environmental firm in Columbia, South Carolina. Additionally, Jeff worked as a consultant CEI inspector for the Florida Department of Transportation (10 years) and the Alabama Department of Transportation (4 years). He went on to accomplish 14 years if CEI construction management for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Additionally, Jeff has extensive experience in regional operational management and senior project management of both public and private development projects throughout Middle and Eastern Tennessee.
