Pickle Barrel

When 1010 Market, GP was seeking to revamp a building on Market Street, Asa Engineering and Consulting provided the professional services to enable this new streetscape to be a success. The new streetscape, in conjunction with the redevelopment of the Pickle Barrel Building, was only part of this project. Both the client and the City of Chattanooga agreed that the existing Bradford Pear trees that lined Market Street needed to be removed. However, before this occurred, new streetscape plans needed to be presented to the city for approval. Utilizing design elements from the Miller Park Streetscape, Asa provided the professional design services and engineering drawings for permitting. Additionally, Asa also prepared construction documents for city approval and conducted a topographic survey with utilities.
