City of East Ridge: Annual Resurfacing Contracts

Since 2017, Asa Engineering and Consulting, Inc., has provided pavement evaluations, land surveying, civil engineering design, utility coordination, and construction engineering inspection services to the City of East Ridge for their annual street repairs and resurfacing contracts, totaling more than $5.4 million in road improvement investments by the City.  Roads are selected for repairs and/or resurfacing based on City-wide pavement evaluations, conducted every five to six years, and other factors including traffic volumes and planned underground utility installations/repairs.
