Asa was engaged by Ramsey Ventures, LLC to prepare the site civil design for a 80-unit apartment complex located on 7504 Old Lee Highway in Chattanooga, TN. Asa was responsible for the overall site design for the 7.4-acre site including 113 space parking layout ADA parking and access aisles, trash loading, sidewalk access, and emergency access accessibility throughout the development. Asa provided preliminary design, grading and drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, stormwater management, and landscape design for the project.  Additional services included site permitting, land surveying, construction staking, and construction contract administration services.
